Bei dem Sänger der Band diagnostizierten Ärzte eine Herzmuskelentzündung diagnostiziert – Sämtliche Konzerte fallen aus!
Die Düsseldorfer Punkband Broilers hat ihre für August geplante Tournee wegen einer Erkrankung des Sängers Sammy Amara abgesagt. Mit «Puro Amor» landeten die Broilers eines der erfolgreichsten Alben des ersten Halbjahrs 2021 in Deutschland.

«Bei Sammy wurde eine Herzmuskelentzündung diagnostiziert, die es leider unmöglich macht, für die Konzerte zu proben, geschweige denn, sie zu spielen», teilte die Band am Donnerstag mit. «Es tut uns sehr leid und fällt uns verdammt schwer, aber wir müssen die komplette „Broilers Social Club“-Tour für den kommenden August absagen.»
Der Sänger sei wieder zu Hause und werde «in den nächsten Wochen diverse Gänge runterschalten müssen», teilte die Band mit. Die Konzerte fielen ersatzlos aus und würden nicht nachgeholt. Bereits erworbene Tickets sollen erstattet werden.

Sänger Amara muss sich ausruhen
Amara werde nun erst einmal „diverse Gänge runterschalten müssen“. Dies solle ermöglichen, dass der Sänger „ohne Komplikationen und Folgen ausheilen“ könne. Alle anstehenden Termine der Tour müssen ersatzlos gestrichen werden. Es sei auch nicht geplant, die Auftritte nachzuholen. Die Band sei darüber „unendlich traurig“, die Gesundheit gehe aber vor. Die Rückerstattung für bereits gekaufte Tickets soll am 21.
