Der „Playboy“ verklagt Michael Wendler wegen Nacktfotos

Im Hause Wendler gibt es mal wieder Ärger. Grund sind pikante Fotos auf der Plattform „Only Fans“.

Auf dem Erotik-Portal räkelt sich die hübsche Laura Müller (21) diese Woche hüllenlos auf der Couch – inklusive Schlafzimmerblick. Das Foto überrascht mit einer ungewohnt hohen Aufnahmequalität.

Die Aufnahme stammt auch nicht aus den Händen der Wendlers, sondern kommt von den Profis vom „Playboy“.

Das schmeckte dem Männer-Magazin gar nicht und es reichte prompt eine Klage gegen das Wendler-Paar ein.

<h2>Lauras Fotos auf Only Fans erregen den „Playboy“</h2>

Seit Januar entblättert sich Laura bei „Only Fans“ vor ihren Anhängern. Die freuen sich über die tiefen Einblicke. Allerdings kamen nicht nur ihnen die Aufnahmen bekannt vor. Kein Wunder – stammen die Fotos doch aus Lauras Photoshooting beim „Playboy“.

Da versteht das Hochglanz-Magazin keinen Spaß und verklagt den Corona-Leugner samt Freundin.

Florian Boitin, Verleger und Chefredakteur des Männermagazins sagte gegenüber „Bild“: „Wir mussten feststellen, dass uns sehr bekannte Bildmotive auf der Only-Fans-Plattform unter dem Account ‚Die Wendlers‘ kostenpflichtig angeboten werden. Die veröffentlichten Bilder gleichen den Fotos, die Playboy im Rahmen einer Titelproduktion mit Laura Müller im Jahr 2020 veröffentlicht hat, doch sehr offensichtlich.“

Der Chefredakteur wird deutlich: „Wir müssen deshalb davon ausgehen, dass der Betreiber des Accounts, vermutlich Michael Wendler, hier wissentlich Urheberrechte des deutschen ‚Playboys‘ verletzt. Wir sehen uns deshalb gezwungen, gegen die unerlaubte Veröffentlichung der Motive auf der Bezahlplattform ‚Only Fans‘ juristisch vorzugehen.“

Er legt hinterher: „Ein Hinweis sei mir an dieser Stelle gestattet. Die Original-Fotos mit Laura Müller gibt es auf den digitalen Plattformen von ‚Playboy Deutschland‘ zu sehen. Und das in besserer Qualität und zu einem deutlich attraktiveren Nutzer-Preis.“

<h2>Reaktion der Wendlers?</h2>

Das Ehepaar Wendler hüllt sich in Schweigen und hat seit dem 18. Januar kein weiteres Foto von Laura mehr gepostet. Es könnte gut sein, dass sich die Beiden wegen der angedrohten Klage warm anziehen müssen.
