„Der Kölner Musik-Produzent Reiner Hömig (72) ist nach einer Corona-Infektion wieder aus dem Koma erwacht“, berichtet der „Express“.
Der erfolgreiche Produzent ist froh aus dem Koma wieder aufgewacht zu sein: „Ich bin dem Tod mehrfach von der Schippe gesprungen. Das macht demütig.“ Er arbeitete mit Stars wie Wolfgang Petry, Jürgen Drews, Bläck Fööss, Marita Köllner und vielen anderen Musikern.
Doch dann vor einem halben Jahr änderte sich sein Leben dramatisch! Der Star-berichtet: „Mir ging es nicht gut, ich hatte vor vier Tagen meine erste Impfung erhalten.“ Zu dem Zeitpunkt wusste er noch nicht, dass er mit Covid-19 infiziert war.
Die Symptome wurden immer schlimmer und sein Arzt schickte ihn ins Krankenhaus. „Dann muss ich sehr bald ins Koma gefallen sein. Erinnern kann ich mich daran nicht mehr“, erzählt das Musik-Genie. „Ich lag zwei Monate im Koma. Ich kann nicht sagen, was es war. Das habe ich nicht bewusst gemacht. Irgendeine Macht muss gesagt haben, dass es das noch nicht war“.

„Als ich wieder aufgewacht bin, wusste ich weder, wo ich war noch wer ich war.“ Hömig konnte nicht reden, da eine Kanüle in der Luftröhre steckte. Dann fiel er wieder ins Koma.
Doch er wachte abermals auf und kämpfte sich zurück ins Leben. „Du musst alles neu lernen. Alles. Das ist für eine ungeduldige Person, wie ich es bin, wirklich schwer.“

„Seht mich an. Seht mich richtig an, wie ich jetzt hier im Rollstuhl sitze. Ich war vorher topfit. Da müsste Beispiel genug sein, um zu zeigen, was für eine Pest diese Krankheit ist. Leute, lasst euch impfen. Lasst euch nicht von irgendwelchen Menschen Mist erzählen, was dann alles passiert mit Computer-Chips und so einem Scheiß.“ sagt der Star am Ende des Interviews.
